"As I left my intuitive healing session with Sophia today, it felt as if a 900-lb gorilla had climbed off my back. It turns out that "gorilla" was old, heavy, negative energy that Sophia helped me release from my energy field. I am a spiritual seeker and healer myself, but I can't always perceive what it is in and around myself that needs clearing. Sophia's gifts are many. Initially, as you enter the space, you feel (and smell!) the magic and love in the air. As within, so without. "I met Sophia at an event where she gave an introduction of her practices. In short time the experience felt so healing and grounding. I was inspired to take her 6 part series "Creating a Sanctuary Within". It was excellent! Each session was so centering and grounding. I learned some new tools and techniques to let go of energy I'm holding from others and ways to rejuvenate myself through guided imagery that hells you feel connected to a source of healing and replenishing energy we can all access from within ourselves.
